Flat tip hair extensions are a mix of tape-in hair extensions and I-tip hair extensions. They are also known by the name pre-bonded hair extensions. They may be inserted using microbeads and rings (much as I-tip extensions) or adhesive, and they have the ability to lie completely flat and smooth, exactly like tape-in extensions. Each strand is held in place with the assistance of microbeads.
